Pet Sounds is an album by The Beach Boys released on May 16, 1966. In 2003, it was ranked #2 in Rolling Stone's 500 Greatest Albums of All Time list.

About

Pet Sounds was made because Brian Wilson liked The Beatles' album Rubber Soul so much, and wanted to make an album even better. Pet Sounds inspired The Beatles album Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band.
