"Surfin'" is a song written by Brian Wilson and Mike Love for The Beach Boys. It was released as the band's very first single on Candix Records on December 8, 1961 with "Luau" as its B-side. It later appeared as the seventh song on the album Surfin' Safari.

The song features Mike Love on lead vocals with Carl Wilson on backing vocals and guitar, Al Jardine on backing vocals and stand-up bass, Brian Wilson on backing vocals and snare drum and Dennis Wilson on backing vocals. The single peaked at number 75 in the US.

1992 versionEdit

In 1992, the Beach Boys re-recorded the song for the album Summer in Paradise. It has a slower tempo than the original, and features Mike Love and Carl Wilson on lead vocals.
